Kiha Stevens | Hīnaʻi | 7/21/2014

Today we went to Honokea and moved rocks to build the rockwall.  Then we split into two groups, one went to fix the rockwall by the mākāhā and the other went to build another rockwall on the side of Honokea.  The group building the rockwall on the side of the pond were done before us so they helped us and we got to have free time.  Half of the group went to go surf and the other kids swam in Kailiwai.  After lunch we went back into Honokea to clean the muck and to do that we were kicking or shuffling in the muck to bring it up and let it go through the mākāhā so the pond would be clean.  The muck was all the stuff from runoff and fish doodoo, and who wants to swim in their own doodoo!
